The SQD-350 and SQD-550 frozen meat dicers are efficient food processing equipment designed specifically for processing boneless meat, root vegetables, soy products, and egg products. By flexibly adjusting and combining tool configurations, these machines can complete various cutting needs such as slicing, dice (cutting blocks), and cutting strips (cutting threads) at once. It is important to ensure the cutting effect and food safety by maintaining the temperature of the meat in the low temperature range of -2 ºC to -5 ºC during operation. This design makes the SQD-350/SQD-550 frozen meat dicer an indispensable multifunctional tool in the food processing industry.
Knife Holder
The grille knife, commonly referred to as the knife holder, has a unique design that ensures efficient and stable cutting performance. This tool holder adopts an integrated cutting head, which is cast from raw materials and processed by a precision machining center. This structure gives it excellent resistance to deformation. Its fixing method adopts a two-point design, with the force points concentrated on the two diagonal corners of the tool holder, ensuring stability and durability during the cutting process.
Compared with split type cutting heads, integrated cutting heads are less prone to deformation after long-term use. If the split blade is deformed, it will cause the distance between the large knife and the grille knife to expand, thereby increasing the risk of continuous cutting, especially when cutting fresh meat, this situation is particularly obvious.
In order to further enhance the stability and durability of cutting, we have specially widened the knife frame. The current knife frame width is 25mm, which significantly improves the overall strength of the knife holder compared to the previous split type knife frame of 8mm.
We have also made improvements to the design of the presser foot. The current presser foot adopts the national standard 14 nut, which not only has high strength but also good adaptability. Even if lost, a substitute can be easily found. The old presser foot, on the other hand, is made of stainless steel plate self processed, which has low strength and limited adaptability. Once lost, it is difficult to find a suitable replacement.
