Vegetable and Fruit Cleaning Machine Line
With the improvement of people's living standards and the acceleration of modern life pace, besides being high-quality and fresh, vegetables are also required to be more convenient to consume. Ready-to-eat vegetables refer to fresh produce that has undergone a series of production and processing steps, such as rapid sorting, selection, cleaning, as well as cold storage and packaging, while still maintaining freshness. Consumers can immediately cook and eat them without the need for further processing. They are favored for their freshness, convenience, nutritional value, and pollution-free nature.
Function configuration
1.Quick Cleaning and Drying: One-button operation, convenient and efficient without damaging fruits and vegetables.
2.Durable and Sturdy: Made of SUS304 food-grade stainless steel, the machine body is easy to clean and maintain.
3.Customization Supported: We support customization of entire factory assembly lines and provide solution planning.
4.High-Pressure Water Jet Rinsing: Ensures thorough cleaning. The high-pressure water pump rinses materials, which are gradually moved onto the conveyor belt by the water flow and lifted out of the inner tank.
5.Automated Lifting: Automated operation improves work efficiency. During the cleaning process, the conveyor belt automatically lifts materials, replacing manual labor with convenience and speed.
6.High-Power Adjustable-Speed Motor: Provides sufficient power and long service life.
7.Circulating Water Tank Design: Automatically replaces dirty water, saving water resources.

Based on the production process, the fresh-cut vegetable production line can be divided into six parts: coarse processing (using equipment such as peeling and washing machines with hair rollers and bubble cleaning machines), grading and sorting (with sorting tables and elevators), trimming and cutting (with sorting tables and multi-functional vegetable cutting machines), washing and sterilization (using vortex cleaning machines), dehydration (using centrifugal dehydrators or press dehydrators), and packaging and refrigeration (with packaging machines and cold storages). During the cleaning process, multiple bubbling, surging, spraying, and impurity removal steps are employed to achieve the desired cleaning effect. The materials undergo cutting, spray lifting, cleaning and disinfection, and a second cleaning before entering the dehydrator or press dehydrator. After dehydration, they proceed to packaging and refrigeration.
Suitable for peeling, washing, cutting, rinsing of root and stem vegetables, as well as cleaning, cutting, rinsing, and dehydration of leafy vegetables and melon and fruit vegetables, this entire line boasts a reasonable design, high automation, labor savings, reduced production costs, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
