There are two types of blades available: flat blades and toothed blades.
 • Flat blades are primarily used for slicing boneless materials such as pork belly, steak, and bacon.
 • Toothed blades are designed for cutting bone-in materials like pork and lamb spines.

The slicing and portion cutting machine is equipped with original imported blades from the German brand BE, known for their sharpness, durability, and ability to deliver smooth, clean cuts with high slicing uniformity.

2.Safe and reliable protection performance: The equipment is equipped with three layers of protection (large knife lock, cutting bin door and material door sensing off), device corner passivation treatment, no sharp corner leakage.
