This machine can directly mince frozen or fresh meat into particles of different specifications without thawing. It preserves the muscle fiber structure, minimizes temperature rise during processing, helps maintain freshness, and extends shelf life. It is ideal for pre-processing before chopping or mixing. The no-thawing design ensures that the nutritional value and freshness of the meat are preserved. The machine can mince frozen meat below -18ºC without damaging the muscle fiber structure, reducing the loss of nutrients and protein. It can also process partially thawed meat.

The 140 meat grinder is a dual-screw meat grinder equipped with a feeding screw and a discharge screw, each operating independently with two speed options. This allows for different settings according to various raw materials, achieving optimal results and output.
       1.    The parts in contact with raw materials are made of SUS304 stainless steel, using precision casting technology. The surface is smooth, free of sand holes, and easy to clean.
