The variable-speed function allows the machine to start at a slow pace, gradually pulling and stretching the meat fibers before processing them into a fine paste. It then transitions seamlessly to high-speed beating, maximizing the water absorption capacity of meat fibers and reinforcing their structural integrity. As a result, meatball products become crisp and elastic, capable of floating on water without cracking when steamed or boiled.
Simultaneously, the machine can mix various raw materials and additives, making it suitable for processing different meat and fish-based fillings such as meatballs, fish balls, stuffed fish balls, fish rolls, sea snail balls, meat patties, hot dog sausages, beef balls, and other related products.
