Working principle: The rolling vacuum packaging machine drives a conveyor belt through a motor to transport packaging bags containing products to the vacuum chamber. After closing the vacuum chamber, the vacuum pump starts working, extracting air from the vacuum chamber and packaging bag to achieve the predetermined vacuum level inside the packaging bag. Subsequently, the sealing area of the packaging bag is heated using a heating device, and a certain pressure is applied using a pressure device to fuse and seal the sealing area of the packaging bag. After sealing, the vacuum chamber is connected to the atmosphere and restored to normal pressure. The conveyor belt sends the packaged products out of the vacuum chamber, completing the entire packaging process.

A: The open end of the vacuum bag must be the same size or shorter than the seal bar on your machine, and the bag must also fit inside your machine's chamber.
Q: Do I need the sealing bar with single-side seal or double-side seal?
A: It depends on bag thickness and type. Usually, standard vacuum bags work well with standard single-side seal bar.
Generally, in one of below situation, you need to have the seal bar with double-side seal.
1) bag film thickness is thicker than 0.08mm per layer;
2) 3 layer to seal (fold M type bag) or contact Sales to help.
Q: How do high altitudes affect the vacuum sealing process?
A: A vacuum sealer's performance varies with location. At higher altitudes, where air pressure is less dense, vacuum sealers are unable to remove as much air from the sealing process.
