At the same time, the additives (starch, etc.) can be fused with the meat protein to achieve the purpose of tender meat, good taste and high finished product yield. Each working time is 30-40 minutes, and the material will be delicious immediately after discharging The rotation and stop operation of the cylinder of the machine body are automatically controlled by a time relay, and the forward and reverse time can be adjusted and set according to the actual process requirements.

The machine adopts WXJ-100 worm gear reducer or BWD-4-87 cycloid reducer as the cylinder rotation force. The method is that the cycloidal pin wheel reducer drives the cylinder driving shaft through the sprocket chain, and rotates the material forward and rolls in the reverse direction.
