The intake system provides the air required for combustion to the heating device of the smoke furnace, allowing the fuel to burn fully in the combustion chamber, generating a large amount of heat and providing energy for the temperature rise inside the smoke furnace, in order to meet the temperature requirements of different processes such as smoking, cooking, and drying.
The hot air generated by combustion enters the working chamber of the smoking furnace through the intake system, mixes with the air inside the furnace and circulates to evenly distribute the heat inside the furnace, ensuring that the processed products can be uniformly heated and guaranteeing the stability and consistency of product quality.
Part of the air in the intake system will be directed to the smoke generator, where it will undergo incomplete combustion reactions with smoking materials such as sawdust and wood powder, producing smoke containing various flavor substances and preservatives. These smoked cigarettes are transported to the workshop of the smoking furnace through the intake system, coming into contact with the surface of the product and penetrating into the interio
