After forming, the packaging chamber is moved to the product placement position, and the product is placed into the chamber automatically or manually.
Then, the packaging chamber enters the vacuum packaging area. Here, the sealing device seals the packaging chamber, leaving only one exhaust port. The vacuum pump starts working to extract the air from the packaging chamber. As the air is drawn out, the pressure inside the chamber gradually decreases, usually dropping to between tens and hundreds of pascals, thus achieving a vacuum state.
Set up vacuum channels below or around the mold. When the softened film is covered on the mold, the air between the mold and the film is extracted through an exhaust device to form a vacuum. Under the action of external atmospheric pressure, the film is tightly adhered to the surface of the mold, forming a cavity with the same shape as the mold. For example, when packaging block shaped food, the film will be sucked into a shape that fits the bottom of the food, providing a customized storage space for the product.
In the stretch film vacuum packaging machine, the packaging film needs to be stretched to the appropriate length to wrap the product. Servo motors can precisely control the rotation angle and speed of the motor through high-precision encoders.
Stretch film needs to maintain a stable speed during the stretching process. One of the characteristics of servo motors is the ability to provide stable torque output, which ensures uniform speed of the packaging film during stretching.
