Vacuum Sausage Filler
The vacuum sausage filler completes the filling process under vacuum conditions, effectively preventing fat oxidation, avoiding protein hydrolysis, reducing bacterial survival, and ensuring product shelf life while maintaining vibrant color and rich flavor.
Features and Configuration:
1. The entire machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel. Its innovative design and processing techniques give the product an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
2. Key components are processed using imported CNC equipment, ensuring high precision. The pump body, impeller, and blades undergo special heat treatment processes for high smoothness, excellent wear resistance, accurate dosing, and easy cleaning.
3. The machine is equipped with an automatic twisting function, capable of automatically twisting natural casings, protein casings, and collagen casings.
4. Dosing range: 5g-9999g. For normal paste-like products, the error is within ±2g (for 400g), and for normal chunky products, the error is within ±5g (for 400g).
5. The automatic filling equipment can be connected to a double-clipping machine, enabling automated filling and clipping production.
