Product Description

Equipment features
The hydraulic tumbling machine features a rotating bracket and horizontal hydraulic tilting tumbling. Compared to standard tumbling machines, it offers a greater loading capacity and more convenient unloading performance.
Under vacuum, the material expands due to the negative pressure while being massaged, beaten, and left to rest by the paddle's cyclical movement. This ensures the even distribution and full absorption of the marinade within the meat. With a lung-like breathing function, the product undergoes a repetitive expansion and contraction motion inside the drum, improving the meat's tissue structure, enhancing its cohesiveness and water retention, and increasing its elasticity and yield, while reducing cooking losses. The process enhances the meat's flexibility and structural stability, improves the slicing quality of meat products, and prevents breakage during slicing. The interior and surface of the drum are finely polished, ensuring there are no hygienic dead corners and allowing for thorough cleaning. Optional "single-piece" and "V-shaped" paddle structures are available for different products, ensuring a gentle and even rolling effect.

Application:
Used for marinating and processing meat products such as Chinese and Western-style sauces, braised meats, ham, bacon, roast meat, sausages, snacks, poultry, and seafood like shrimp.

Function Configuration:
        1.     Continuous Vacuum Function: It offers two tumbling modes-vacuum tumbling (fixed vacuum level) and breathing tumbling (alternating vacuum and atmospheric pressure). The breathing tumbling function can effectively shorten tumbling time and improve efficiency. The vacuum gauge displays the real-time vacuum level inside the tumbling drum, allowing you to monitor the vacuum status at any time.
        2.     High Standard Hygiene Design: The entire machine is made from high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, with the frame constructed from stainless steel square tubes. The interior and surface of the drum are finely polished and free from sanitary dead spots. The unloading position is designed to allow complete drainage, minimizing additional temperature rise.
        3.     Variable Frequency Speed Control: The machine starts smoothly, reducing the impact during startup, which extends the equipment's service life and saves energy. Speed is adjustable.
        4.     Touchscreen Control: The machine can be controlled via a touchscreen, making operation more intuitive and offering good water and moisture resistance.
        5.     Optional Paddle Types: Depending on the product's requirements, you can choose between "single-piece" or "V-shaped" paddles.
        6.     Flexible Loading Options: Based on product characteristics, loading can be manual, mechanical, or via vacuum suction, with a vacuum suction port provided.
