Brine Injection Machine

The brine injection machine evenly injects brine and other seasoning solutions into meat chunks, reducing marination time, tenderizing the meat, enhancing flavor, and improving product yield.

Application:

Suitable for brine injection before tumbling processes in products such as ham, bacon, poultry, seafood, and similar items.

Features & Configuration:
       1.    The machine is entirely made of SUS304 stainless steel, meeting national food hygiene standards.
       2.    Equipped with an automatic protection device: when the injection needle encounters a hard object, it lifts automatically to prevent damage, allowing for bone-in injection.
       3.    A filtering device on the upper part of the water tank removes small meat particles from the injection liquid, ensuring that the brine pump and needle holes remain unclogged during the brine circulation process.
       4.    A pressure-stabilizing energy storage device in the circulation system ensures stable injection pressure. By adjusting the step speed, step distance, pressing plate gap, and injection pressure, the marinade is evenly, quantitatively, and continuously injected into the meat, with an injection rate of up to 100% in a single operation.
       5.    The removable transmission plate chain allows for easy cleaning and ensures hygienic operation.
