       2.    Made of high-quality stainless steel, with a sturdy welded internal and external structure, and a reliable silicone strip door seal. The insulation layer uses imported polyurethane material, which is molded in one piece for high-temperature resistance, fast heating, and energy efficiency.
       3.    The smoking system is controlled by the control system.
       4.    Utilizes unique air circulation technology to ensure uniform airflow throughout the chamber, maintaining consistent temperature on all sides (top, bottom, left, and right) during the baking process, resulting in even product coloring.
       5.    The heating method uses either external steam heating or electric heating.
       6.    Features a modular chamber structure with flexible arrangement options. It can provide single or double row layouts, with the option of a single-direction cart entry/exit or a channel-style front and rear door configuration, equipped with a raw-cooked area interlock device.
       7.    Customizable multi-layer cooking racks or baking trays: Allows cooking large quantities of food simultaneously, improving service speed and efficiency to meet peak demand.

Smoke generator adopts wood grain smoke generator, which is stable, fast coloring and clean smoke into the box.

6.Modular box structure
Adopting modular bos structure, flexible layout. Single-row or double-row arrangement can be provided,m and the trolley can be entered and exited in one direction,or can be made into a channel-type front and rear doors, and installed with raw and cooked area interlocking device.
